Newbie - Any Diorama advice?

Recommended Posts

Hi Folks, I am completing my first build and it has been a great experience.  The model is Captain Morgan Mini Mamoli kit.  The kit wood was pretty poor, as was the instructions.  I found that much of the build required creativity, which was a pleasant surprise to me.  I hope to complete the model over the next few weeks and then start work on a supporting diorama.  I am curious if anyone here has experience with building dioramas to display their models.  Please let me know if so.

We've had quite a few dioramas and even "mini's" with not much more than several inches around the ship.    Do a search here using "diorama" without the quotes and you should get quite a few hits.
