Hi all

At long last (and after a too long timeout) Finally up to the rigging phase of my heavily bash 1:78 HMS Victory.

I've been attempting to contact Loyd from Wagner Woods West about his Rigging blocks and line etc. Even left a message on his machine (which was not responded to) I'm guessing he's no longer in the business.

Can anyone confirm that ?

And !!

Any suggestions or leads on an alternate source for quality blocks.

Thanks Ed

Ed,

Try Chuck from Syren Ship Model Co..  He is one of the MSW sponsors listed on the right side of the home page.  I have seen his work and it is top notch.  Just search around the MSW sight and you will read nothing but good reviews.

Hi Ed,

Lloyd retired from the line and block business... I want to say it was early last year (?). I really liked his blocks and still have a small supply of them, which should finish up some models projects I have. Sad to see his products go.

But, as Tom points out, you will not be disappointed with Chuck's stuff. Beautiful quality stuff at reasonable pricing. Easy to purchase.

Yes, Lloyd retired and dropped his ad in the NRG's Journal last year (Lloyd was a long time NRG Director).
