New Ship Modeler, but not new to modeling

Hello,

After being involved in model aviation since the 1970's I have decided to try ship modelling, something I have always wanted to do. I have purchased a Model Shipways Longboat, 1:24, from Model Expo. One question - I ordered it mid-week and it has still not shipped. Is this a reputable online vendor?

Welcome, Anthony. Yes, MS is one of the best out there. I haven't ordered from them in ages though, so I don't know what their typical turn-around times are these days. I'd suggest giving them another day or two, and if it hasn't shipped by then, give them a call.

Hello Anthony,  I think it depends on if they have it in stock.  I've ordered from them a number of times.  Last order took 3 weeks, but most of the time order shipped in about a week.  Their service is very good and seem to be nice people-- Hal

Yes, they are reputable. I have bought from them for years. Sometimes things get slow. You can call customer service. The number is on the website.
