Idea for selfmade clamp / forcep. Bottle ship.

Found this at IKEA . Used for stabilizing shelfs.  Just need some cutting and bending for making it into a forcep. Total lenght is 1 meter.

Is the joint tight and precise enough ?

As I strive for smaller tools, I wonder why you would need forceps that long?

Guess you have to bend each end point in an angle, locking position. Will join thight enough but its not a precission tool for tiny parts.

Havent made it yet, Been to busy. Like the idea that its cheap and selfmade.

Depending on the bottle size, you can make it as long as you need.

Ah, ship-in-a-bottle tool.  I see.  In that case you also need a professional bottle emptier.  I volunteer.
