I would appreciate any advise or hints you folks can offer particularly shaping the inside. augie Posted July 13, 2013 Share #2 Posted July 13, 2013 Wish I could provide a magic bullet for you Harley but as I recall it was just sandpaper and patience. If you have a Dremel tool you might do some of the early rough work with a small sanding drum or a flap wheel but the bulk of it is basically fingertip stuff. Probably a good idea to do a little at a time and take a few breaks. I am now on my second boat and maybe this time there will be no dremel. God bless ME and their guarantee. The thing about Frank is every time I ask for something I often offer to pay for it. He steadfastly says no, and then surprise there it is on my doorstep. Frank has retired but I am sure you will get the same service.
