Nic

Thanks for the new Flat Red. Where did you ever dig up my old address? I haven't lived on Carol Ave for ten years!

i finally adjusted the base of the superstructure to sit level on the deck so when i glue it later it won’t wiggle loose

Adding more detail. Decals and running lights.

the superstructure broke off the hull so i had to re-glue it?

In case you’re trying to figure out how the water cannons suddenly appeared, well, I built them during the weeks i had to wait for the kit to arrive.

I made a display base out of mahogany with the brass supports  I bought with this kit. I’m having a brass plate made that says

“F.D.N. Y.  Fire Boat”

Hmmmm.....

I'll send you F1159

Nic

I have all these rail supports and no rods that fit thru the holes. Thats why I need the thin rods. I have way more of the fat rods then needed.

Hmmmmm
