This looks like an old kit  which can't compare  with the newer model.from Trumpeter

However I found it on a quite interesting price and I just wonder if it can be upgraded with aftermarket parts so I can  get a decent looking model

The product description suggests that it is not a complete kit. A detail set must be purchased separately.

I think for around 470 Euro, and looking at the detail, it is too much, you may be better off with the Trumpeter offering.

this is the real picture from the kit that is on sale from a private owner. It says complete kit and the price is 120 euros. Just wonder how Eduards PE for Trumpeter will fit. I Also may use my 3d printer to replace some parts.

by the way i cant figure out about the hull, is it ready or need to plank it

It looks to me that the hull is pre-molded plastic -- the black item in the second photo.

If so , it looks like a vacu-form with a large flange to cut off.

Yes, my brain was drawing a blank on the correct term. Also, the box art for the fittings set suggests that the kit is rather long in the tooth (as was also noted in the OP). If it were me, I would be very hesitant about plunking down the necessary change for after-market parts to use with a sketchy kit.
