  1. Hi Daniel,

I recently purchased the Mamoli HMS Victory 1:90 kit.  As you will see it was an old kit that a gentleman started but lost interest. It appears to have most of the parts and pieces as the fittings bags are still sealed. I believe I have all the Instruction Sheets( 1 - 16 and A, B and C). What I would like to know was there a Parts List/ Inventory List that came with the kit? The bags of "copper" plates and gun ports are inside he box, I am more concerned with the timber parts. I am wanting to know what the types of timbers and thicknesses (plys) they are. There are a lot of strips and dowels that I have not sorted yet for the planking and masts/spars. This is my first Mamoli kit I have purchased and getting things together in preparation to start in the near future in my retirement.

  2. I hesitate to ask this favor. But here goes. I am assembling a Mamoli Constitution kit that I suspect is at least 30 years old. It is 1:93 scale and has a code number 3106. The news print like instruction sheets ( Tavola in Italian) are deteriorated at places where folds are located so on Tavola 4 which deals with the deck fittings, the thickness to which the assembled gratings are supposed to be reduced by sanding is illegible. If you have these particular drawings could you check Tavola 4 and determine the thckness that Mamoli specify and let me know. The parts list on that page gives one dimension for each of these gratings as "1.5 mm". These gratings start out life at about 3.2 mm thick. If I sanded them down to 1.5 mm, I think they would fall apart. Thanks .

  5. Hello Sargon, Thanks for your impulse. I still did not check the Royal Louis so I have no idea about the rebuilding now, I plan it just for end of next year 😉 Daniel
  6. about the instructions-I have already prepared new instructions and new design for some MiniMamoli kits-MM01 Bounty, MM02 Santa Maria, MM17 San Rafael, MM60Black Queen and MM61 Catalina. I would like to prepare the new instructions and total redesign for these small kits for begginers first as I would like to made them much more easy to build (the new design is made in 3D CAD and all parts are cut by laser). I upload here the new and old instuctions for comparison. Best regards Daniel bounty-MM1-new instructions.pdf MM01_Bounty_Istruzioni.pdf
  7. Ronald, It is because it would take a lot of time. Preparation of instructions take maybe the most time of whole process of preparation of the kits for productions so in that case I would be able to release just one or two kits each year. For this reason I cannot prepare new instructions now. But I am always ready to help customers if they have any problems with instructions. Daniel
  8. Thanks Michael, Ronald, I will improve also the bigger kits but instructions just when all kits will be available. Daniel
  9. Hello All, Let me inform you that another 14 kits from MV Mamoli line was released. You can check the new products here: http://www.dusekshipkits.com/products?l=&velikost=---&vyrobce=4&poradi=
  10. Hello All, Bill-I have unfortunately only old Mamoli photos. DocBlake-the Rattlesnake should be available during one month. probablynot-the Yacht Mary could be ready next year I hope Daniel
  11. Hi Bill, Are there some more info about that new information. I would like to check it and it is possible to do there some changes in that way (unfortunately not big as I plan to use the same plans as original mamoli). Thanks Daniel
  12. Hi Sargon, Unfortunately the kit will be the same dimension as original Mamoli because I use the same plans but I remade a lot of metal parts which will be newly wooden and use some modern techniques. best regards Daniel
