Outstanding, thanks for going to the trouble to locate them Garward. Looks like thy were using about an 18 Ga hypodermic needle.
Have to give that a try.

For realization of this technology it is possible to use various needles including mentioned by you - if only internal diameter approached.

Yes, of course, it is a known historic fact, and also that Peter worked for shipyards as the simple carpenter. He also was a modeller, as well as we, the model of the ship made by it with own hand is stored in Moscow
.

My oh my, I am so happy with todays software. To scratch built the missing ceiling have scanned in the print with the lasercuts, scaled part 114 (the ceiling) to the right size. Printed out and glued to a piece of plywood, saw the shape and it fits.

I've seen some beautiful weathered decks in these forums. I love the sun-bleached, holy-stoned look and would like to give it a try. I've got a bottle of "Weather-It" on order and am hoping to get some input. Any forums that I may have missed? Anybody have suggestions on dilution, time, etc.?
It is quite whimsical preparation in use. Try at first its action on samples from that wood which you want to process on model.
