  1. So my plan is to have a convoy of vehicles per se. I went down to the local Men’s Shed this afternoon and ordered a 1.5 m plank with beveled edges cut in half for storage. On this I will put the 2 tractors, the 6” gun, 2 different US trucks and a scout car. I have a heap of extras to throw in the truck trays to make it interesting.
  2. I think this is what @Egilman wanted before
  3. Chassis is of the lorry sone. Convoluted design and difficult instructions (needs more photos or diagrams )
  4. Going to need a bigger plank
  5. So how it looks so far IMG_3468.MOV
  6. Rust wash, mud and dust next
  7. Olive drab with a dark brown wash, then Drybrushed edges in red/brown and sponged on red brown. rust wash next
  8. Next. The tracks, red primer, then a red brown coat, followed by. Heavy enamel rust wash, then a silver Drybrush to bring up the worn metal parts, then a heavy dust wash
  9. Awnings added. That should do this one.
  10. Thanks mate, I’ll get the awnings on tomorrow and then do up the OD one. The hours of alignment have paid off so far. I watched Captain Nightshift do a video on a WW1 tank, follow that and you’ll replicate this easily enough.
  11. So coming together now, a few days work to get the roof done now? Then I can do the other tractor
  12. It’s all about layers, if you look at my Borodino, Graf Zepplin or Seydlitz builds it covers the rust and wear. I followed a U tube video from Captain Nightshift which is just excellent
  13. Anyways, I now have 4 WNW kits which I intend to build on here if I live long enough. There are 2 more ships in the stash which will be done soon as there is very little that is grabbing me, maybe another Dreadnought ? Lots of stories about some new RN kits to be released but I don’t believe it.
