    Thanks Randy... I think my model became slightly different from the original; but I like the modifications... now I am thinking what to do next

    I cut four bitts and working on to shape them...

    Now I am working on AL San Francisco and this is my first wooden ship built... I will post every steps and progress as always; thanks for the comments

    I thought that the stairs needed a special touch so I shaped two wooden pieces... then here comes the fun part

    two new photos with the doors fitted but still need varnish...

    thanks I think it will look much prettier after varnish... I will post soon...

    it was very difficult to make an exact copy of the round ladder but it finished now and I will varnish them as soon as possible; then between the ladder I need two more doors which is the easy part for me anymore...

    I have been waiting for an answer for two months but nobody is helping; formerly this site was different and I am sad about it... I gave a break to my build log for a while but now I have to go on and finish it... I wish this time it would be more helpful for everyone...

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955.
