  1. Thanks to everyone for the kind comments and likes. Before equipping the 1st gun deck, I fitted the deck beams and knees of the 2nd gun deck and then dismantled them again. Karl
  2. Ballast stones mixed with quick sanding base as an adhesive. Karl
  3. Thanks to everyone for the kind comments and likes. Ballast stones, size and color of the stones changed. Additional storage barrels installed in the storage rooms. Karl
  4. Production of the storage barrels in the individual work steps. Although I didn't fill the entire storage room with it. The ballast stones should actually be a bit smaller and more rounded, but I didn't get them anywhere. Also works like that. Gerard Delacroix once wrote to me, Ballast stones were roughly the size of a walnut. Ballast stones were mixed thoroughly with grinding ground sa an adhesive, and filled up between the individual barrels. Karl
  5. Here is the link to the homepage of Ivan Trtanj. http://www.historische-schiffsmodelle.com Karl
  6. Hello Gaetan, in your photo does the ruder blade consist of four parts? Optical Ilusion? G. Delacroix wrote to me, only in three parts. Karl
  7. Hello Siggi, why the cannon-tulip in red? I haven't seen that anywhere else. Weshalb die Kanonen - Tulpe in Rot? Ich habe das sonst noch nirgendwo gesehen. regards Karl
  8. Hello and thanks to everyone for their kind comments. Orlop Deck, Dividing walls and pumps-shaft installed. I leave the shaft partly open to show the pumps and the cannonball shaft with its three diffrent calibres. First gun deck, partially planked to show the substructure. Next I will probably install the ballast stones and storage barrels. Karl
  9. Thanks to everyone for the kind comments. Orlop - Deck Beam construction installed. Karl
  10. Hi Thomas, a very nice model. Thanks for your link. Thanks also to Gaetan for the link to the model. Regards Karl
  11. Hello Dziadeczek. You build the same model in 1/48 scale. Under which link can I find your construction report / photos? regards Karl
  12. Hello, I made mistake while building the rudder blade or did not read or understand the drawing correctly. Why, see information from Gerard Delacroix. Karl
  13. To all model building friends, Question and request, does anyone have documents, photos, pictures of that Model / Ship LE CENTAURE 1782 ? I would be very grateful for any information. Karl
  14. The conversion / dismantling / demolition, will probably take some time. The plan drawings of the rear view are not congruent. Karl
  15. Hello model building friends. After completing the "ROYAL CAROLINE", the question arose, what now? The solution is the already existing "74 GunShip" section. The pictures show the current state of construction. I will have to make some changes to the rear/mirror first because I decided it must be the "LE CENTAURE 1782" . A big help in the constructionof this model, especially in the interior, will be Gaetan Bordeleau with his 74 GunShip model. Karl
