  1. Check this out - Body kits for Smart Cars - https://www.matthewhaeck.com/smart-car-body-kits/ OC.
  2. Also be Very Careful cutting them off the fret - they need a very sharp blade and a solid flat surface underneath - like a tile or similar to stop them from bending. OC.
  3. Indeed - requires some delicate handling, but very nice when on, there are different ways to attach them - some people like to do small lengths at a time, others do longer runs, also there are different ways to apply the glue (super glue) you can use a fine wire or needle to apply on the ship where you want to fix the railing, or you could make a small puddle on a scrap piece of flat board etc, and gently tip the bottom of the railing using some fine tweezers just to coat the bottom of the railing - then place on the ship. Its all about finding the way that works best for you. OC.
  4. Excellently done, not the easiest of challenges as I know the kit itself has its own set of challenges - you have made a marvellous job of her. OC.
  5. You could buy the PE railing sets I thunk they do them in 600scale or you might get away with 700scale, because they are thin metal you would need to use super glue to attach them. OC.
  6. Not quite sure how you could create the hand rails without having some PE ones to hand, might be difficult, I have found two pics of the front masts etc and securing lines, also the rear showing the railings - double click on both or drag them with the right click mouse to enlarge them. OC.
  7. This is looking a stunner Craig - I can see all the work you are putting into it. OC.
  8. Good to see you back on this - they are Supeb kits with all that internal detailing. OC.
  9. Superb work Alan, those trees really add to the scene - it really is looking very very fine. OC.
  10. More excellent work my friend - dont foreget to play with some washes and dry brusing for the highlights when you have done adding details, as they will help to bring the details out and really make it pop. OC.
  11. Excelllent progress Alan, its all pulling together now with each step. OC.
  12. Fantastic work with the rocks - they look realistic to me, another idea for the areas to be grassed - perhaps and earthy look as any slight gaps between the grass would look like soil - earth, I would also suggest some soil - dirt sprinkles in certain areas - that might look quite natural. OC.
