Looking for someone to complete Mamoli USS Constitution for aging father

My father is 87 years old and in declining health.  He began building the USS Constitution Wood Model Kit several years ago and by my estimation is 90% complete (looks like just the rigging needs to be finished--see attached photo).  He is unable to complete the model and I was hoping to find someone, preferably in the state of Florida, who would be interested in finishing the model for my Dad (and we are quite willing to pay reasonable compensation as well as handling shipping as well).  It would mean the world to my Dad to see his work completed. Please let me know if you know of anyone who would be willing to do this.
