Zacharias Posted October 25, 2021 #1 Posted October 25, 2021 (edited) What could be the reason that after more then a year since new 1/200 Scharnhorst hit the market, there are still no meaningful aftermarket upgrade sets for that long anticipated kit? That's been happening a lot lately. <sigh> Given the way companies making these products work, I wouldn't be surprised if not responding is intentional on their part so as not to let competitors know what they are doing? Looks like no one (no manufacturer) care to do any serious moves regarding that matter, that is highly disappointing situation. mtaylor and Canute 2

Jase Posted April 26, 2022 #7 Posted April 26, 2022 I reviewed the kit on YouTube when it first came out, it has the wrong hull and the capstans are incorrectly orientated so it needs a lot of surgery, It could be that that is putting them off?? see part 2 for full explanation. Junglelands Posted September 17, 2023 #8 Posted September 17, 2023 Hello folks, I just wondering if anyone can help me a got the Scharnhorst 1/200 from Trumpeter, but part of it is missing the Deck at the bow end. As you can imagine I can't finish. I email Trumpeter but got no reply. Does anyone know where I could get the part. Thanks for your help
