Hello all, I'm Sean. Completely green to model ship building. I wanted to give it a go as I rather enjoy putting things together. I did a bit of research before deciding to go with a ship to see what would be involved as far as all the tools I would end up needing and what kind of complexity this modeling involves. Decided to go with the OcCre Albatross 1/100 for my first as they said it was a beginner kit. So I've begun, put together the false keel and put decking on so far. Made a little mistake with decking as I followed the directions but didn't think about it until it was too late that in a small section the deck boards don't line up.20250806_193816.thumb.jpg.f5539d2645ac02ae2162cd32382f5ffe.jpg20250806_193825.thumb.jpg.551bf2908174647b97194fa39cd33cb6.jpg20250806_193903.thumb.jpg.825e86f4ccd30dc970c135336f1489c9.jpg20250806_193816.thumb.jpg.f5539d2645ac02ae2162cd32382f5ffe.jpg20250806_193839.thumb.jpg.fee7ea32c89574ddeaec58a3a1cecfe4.jpg
