Hello
Currently designing wrapper rope hand.
Partial elements is made ​​which can be seen in the photographs.

I have to hand it to you Romanov,you keep coming up with some nice gadgets.I particularly like the fact all the moving parts are ballraced!

Looks good. Were it me, one of the ends would be made to slide, the cross shaft could be made with a flat or other system to allow for that. The spool would be mounted further from the work and there would be some friction devices in the feed path. From the thought and quality reflected in your device, I would bet  you are already thinking about those refinements. Question, do those composition gears have self lubricating properties?

Looks good. I like the way you are feeding the thread, it looks like you have incorporated feed  tension control. nice work.

Hello
I had trouble with health and work has been suspended but is ok and the wrapper is already completed.
And so now presents, and so is working as you can see in the movies. In my country sells quite well.
Total length 600 mm.

Romanov, I do not need to buy a machine I already have one but you design is brilliant! I would recommend yours to anyone. the design is clean looks good and works very smoothly. I take it that there is some tension on the feed spool.
