I'd like to make some furled, and some set. Anyone know the dimmensions or where to get them? Norwegian Sailing Pram 1:12 Scale. 2nd boat in the learning series. In Dry Dock: Muscongus Bay Lobster Smack. 1:24 scale. Model Shipways, 3rd in the learning series. Not sure what'll be next, probably the Santa Maria by Artesania Latina 1:65 scale. Unless someone has a better suggestion for a beginner. Pride of Baltimore. Model Shipways. Clipper used in the war of 1812. Black Falcon. Mantua Model. 18 century corsair brig. CSS. Alabama. E. Modeler12 Posted January 29, 2014 #4 Posted January 29, 2014 If you only use furled sails you don't need the dimensions. Go to the thread about furled sails and you can see how it can be done. For full sails on the USS Constitution by Model Shipways the plans gave drawings to scale. I am surprised that you did not get them for your build. I wonder if I can come up with something close from those. Her real world present day crew are VERY professional and their dedication to period authenticity ensures the sail spar and rig configurations are period correct.
