cog reacted to Mark Pearse in 28' Ranger-type Yacht by Mark Pearse - FINISHED - 1:12
thanks everyone.
Hi Carl, yes, it is 6H not 6B. It works well when nice & sharp, & the paint surface is slightly abrasive.

Than he should use the Halve Maen, use a Dutch ship not a Swedish one. Furthermore, the name is De Vliegende Hollander, you shouldn't translate names

I've had my eye on the gun, but haven't seen any after market ... and thought it rather expensive, but that may be the case in Europe, whilst it is "afordable" in the US

flow improver is only useful to distribute the paint evenly, it doesn't help against clogging your brush, or improve the flow from the airbrush

It's quite limited Tamiya's colour palette. That's why I like Vallejo. Did you dilute the paint (even the model air)?

With regards to tying down the prop, you could use eybolts, this may be a source. You will probably be able to make something yourself based on these
Now I see her at dinner, Steve, she does match your interior quite well

Impressive, I'll have a look at that video. Are you certain it's a 6H not a 6B pencil? Lines look like they are made with a soft pencil
