How to include "forum member tags" in a reply

I have tried to "post forum member tags" in a reply "copying and paste" the link in the Forum member name but it seems i have not do it properly as i obtained something like this:

Sure is very easy but i don't know how to do it.

Just type the screen name preceeded by the "at" sign ,"@", with no intervening blanks, example  @BCN-Modeller
