Question re NMM Greenwich

I tried today to access the NMM website and found it's blocked by a notice saying Allow Cookies. The top rt hand corner has a name Cookiebot by user centrics, looked them up,load of tripe,is this maybe a scam. Also I don't have a website and it looks like you have to pay to join up. I have no wish to have cookies,trackers etc imposed upon me. Tried all my bookmarks for their site same result. Tried another browser I have,same result. Any forum members having the same problem when trying to access NMM or is it just me ?
