Your picture shows great attention to detail. The coloring is accurate also. Glad to have you at the site. By the wat, my son is stationed at Osan Air base for his last tour before retiring this Sept. He returns with the family this June. I am personally proud of the way you South Koreans stand up to the leadership in the North.

Hello JW.
Welcome to MSW.
There are a lot of ladies here who make very splendid model ships and boats.
That is a nice looking model you have there.
There are several modelers here that have built Korean ships.
Wishing you well
Regards Antony.

Hello everybody. My name is Jaewoong Yoon from south korea and glad to meet ladies and gentleman.
I am not a native english speaker, so I'm sorry for errors in my articles.
From several years ago, i was curious about sailing ship, and it made me to try build sailing ship model.
Until now, I don't have any complete models, but I have 2 ships on the progress.
One is Corel's La Toulonnaise and the other is modelshipways Essex.
I understand it is hard to meet who have same hobby; building a model ship, so I am very glad to meet you.
Thanks very much!
Regard.

I agree with everyone else Javier - your work is superb. I’d love to see more examples, and details of your construction techniques (I showed my wife your pictures and she is now asking why I can’t make my models as small as yours as they would take up so much less space in the house!).
Best wishes
Derek

A lot of thanks to all of you for your kinds comments
After making ships on a larger scale for years and not knowing what to do next with them, it was precisely the problem of space in the home, together with my facet of collector, which led me to make and collect miniature models ( I'm now making number 62 of my collection).
Regarding the techniques, I'm posting in the forum section “Build Logs for Scratch Ships Model Projects”a topic called “Two miniature moliceiros”, which without being a step by step, shows part of the process that I follow in the construction of my models.
In any case, I will be happy to answer all questions and doubts that may arise
A cordial greeting
Javier
