Thank you Patrick for your nice words. :)  Today I sat and thought what should be done even after finish the rigging of the ship.. i have to make the lifeboats and their rigging and stanchions, on the stern deck 10 stanchions, hand rails and cap rails. The doors and stairs on port and starboard side. And the life buoys ...After all that i believe I will be able to start the RC...

Hi Teal2, for me Vallejo acrylics are very suitable for painting wooden surfaces...If you paint with brushes use Model color series, for airbrushing, Model air series..

Hello shipmates , all pin racks and eyelets are in place also to the bow deck. Τhe time has come for me to begin  preparing the masts before glued in place! (pulleys and bases from the yards).. I have to buy a new table to the admiral for the living room...

If my memory serves me right Dimitris, I think it took you a complete summer just do do one lifeboat, not twelve.

I might be wrong, but I'm with you, they are so bloody tedious and time consuming.
