Here again some pictures of the progress. The structure of the second deck there is painted on all hatches and windows, now on to the construction of the radar. As this photo shows the grid is a little crooked that is also on the drawing what the intention is here now I do not know but I think this has to do that walk around the deck, but I think it to the wrong side beveled, I'm not really satisfied. : (: (

Here again a small update. At the 2nd deck the walls coated with veneer and put in the color. for the windows I've got a darker color chosen for the yellow and white what the KIT prescribes personally I find nothing, hence the slightly dark colors.

Just an experiment done with some paint and a window in color. I like the color of the glass,it is not bad and I think I'm about to leave it. All this thanks to my friend WORKLIGHT, otherwise with this kind of things it is almost impossible. (at least for me )

Had been a while but here again a few pictures of the progress. In this deck the veneer applied to the wall and the recesses for the windows made smaller because the windows are much smaller than the recesses. Some painting on the paddle-wheels 1 ready 3 to go.

About the NRG
If you enjoy building ship models that are historically accurate as well as beautiful, then The Nautical Research Guild (NRG) is just right for you.
The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build. The Journal is available in both print and digital editions. Go to the NRG web site (www.thenrg.org) to download a complimentary digital copy of the Journal. The NRG also publishes plan sets, books and compilations of back issues of the Journal and the former Ships in Scale and Model Ship Builder magazines.
