  1. You are going fast now! Looks wonderful Do you find it difficult to finish it with the Pegasus waiting on the shelf? I must keep myself on track with the Pickle and not just quick want to finish it
  2. I am! There are improvements to make, but i'm happy with the result
  3. Just received the replacements of the warped false keel parts from the Pegasus. This time they are dead straight. Thanks to the good service from Cornwall Model Boats and Amati.
  4. Did you already experimented with the traveler iron? I bought also one after seeing it in the video of Chuck.
  5. Well thank you guys! That's very nice from you to say😊
  6. Pulling them down with tweezers and various items that will do 😁 Then brush them with diluted pva
  7. Here are some close-ups. I hope this helps. If you need specific parts that needs to be clear, let me know! There is on the foremast a pendant that is not hanging right haha...I will need to fix that...stubborn piece of rope
  8. Thank you! I will take some pictures this afternoon👍. Just take everything step by step. By the way...those hanging pendants, that you need to attach at the beginning on the main mast cap...those aren't for anything. They are just hanging there . You can even see it on the box with the prototype. Hm...I will think about it, but maybe i'm saving that for the Pegasus But thanks for al your input in this log, it's very inspiring!
  9. Thanks for al the compliments and likes by the way, that's always motivating!
  10. I saw that the Pegasus did have a rigged rudder, but did the Pickle have that also?
  11. Rigging is finished!🤯 Still need to do the rope coils on the belaying points, but i'm happy it's finished.
  12. Looks good Norway! You're getting there I'm also not always happy with close-ups from my model...something to work on in the future haha.
  13. The Tanganyika looks more like wood though. I'm still not sure if I like that über clean look of boxwood
