  1. I completed the anchors. They are all made of wood.
  2. I am not sure if Pickle had the cat davits but her replica has. So I decided to add them.
  3. The deadeyes with a diameter of 7 mm
  4. The carronades. (Is this a wooden model or lego? :) )
  5. The carronades. I intended to purchase the guns in the beginning of the project but I decided to try making one with my mini lathe before purchasing them. The result was not so bad and I made the rest of the guns as well. (By the way this is my first work with a lathe)
  6. I am making a grate on the poop deck.
  7. I wasn't happy with the look of windlass because it was not in exact octagonal form and the sections of windlass were not on the same axis. So I remade it. It looks better now.
  8. The fore bitts, pawl bitts and windlass were glued in place.
  9. Thank you. I want to make a uniq model of this beautiful schooner.
  10. The rudder is in place. The combined companion+skylight is ready but not glued in place on the deck because i have to complete treenailing first.
  11. The companion and skylight in progress.
  12. Thank you OC. Thanks for the link. I will check it out. l didn't know anything about Battle of Trafalgar until I decided to build the model of HMS Pickle. While I was building the model according to an unsufficient plan that I found on the internet I felt the need to do research about this ship and learnt her interesting role in the battle and after battle.
  13. The tiller is ready, by the way the latest view of the model.
  14. I started treenailing. (I am not sure if the toothpicks are in scale). By the way i painted a yellow band in the upper hull.
