Greetings all

Greetings,

I am a novice to model ship building and the first one I will try to conquer is the Model Shipways, “Kate Cory” whaling Brig (currently awaiting its arrival via mail).

I was born and raised in Yarmouth, Massachusetts and currently live/work in North-Central Virginia.  (Inland…with no ocean…yuck)  After watching the Tall Ships pass through the Cape Cod Canal many-many years ago, I have always wanted to try a build but never had the time to devout to the endeavor.  As I approach retirement, now is the time.

Cheers and thanks in advance for all the things I will likely learn here in this forum.

Tim

Hi Tim.  Welcome to MSW.  I suggest you do start a build log as it's the best way to meet people and get some help when you need it.
