I just started my first boat, it measures about 2' by 10". i made it out of popsickel sticks and hot glue .The hull was off a little warped but i managed to get it back right. i made floor trusts and i bondo the outside to get a smooth finish. Once i did the hull i wanted to make it RC and im trying to figure it all out. The type of boat im trying to build is a Shrimp boat. Mainly looking for ideas pointers and advice .

Thanks.   Tanner

Welcome to MSW Tanner.   Look at all the build logs you can for a start.  Are you working from plans for a shrimp boat or your own design?  Type the word Shrimp in the search box and a number of builds will come up that may be of some help to you.

Welcome to MSW, Tanner.   To add to Allan's comment, start a build log.  It's a great way to get help, ideas, and meet others.

Welcome to the  MSW forum Tanner.  Popsicle sticks can be a good material for modeling.  (Especially the ones from Hagen-Daz chocolate fudge ice cream bars LOL)

Are you working from plans or is the shrimp boat of your own design?  There are many sources of plans available.  You can also search the MSW site for shrimp boats. I'm sure that there are a number of models on the site that will inspire you.

Welcome to the forum
