I remember these Boats from my DD during my our time in the Delta area. We would have the boats come along side when we were doing Gun-Fire support.

This Build should be a great one to follow. I have seen a model of this Boat at a show of the New England, New York & New Jersey modeling groups.
Ancre Publishing House in Nice, France publishers some of the greatest Plan portfolio's for this hobby.

I think a combination of both timbers must look great. Frames in pear or cherry and the planking in cedar

Tim, I was an OS2 with a EW job code on USS Southerland DD743, Desron 5 out of 32nd St. I was on the ship for four years! Your Model is great!
