  1. Seeing as I was busy working with the length of chain , I then made and placed the stern chains
  2. I have made and positioned the outriggers , along with the chains and blocks
  3. Thats what I thought when deciding to paint as advised . A very good job . Excellent work
  4. Changed tack so to speak and started some work on the bowsprit
  5. Decided to do the anchors and chains . Looked like an easy task , but the anchors are a bit cumbersome to work with. Guess the end justifies the means in this case
  6. Fitted the larger of the ship's boats onto the main deck
  7. Started working on assembling the smaller ship's boats . Not that easy to work with such small boats
  8. Good work , always good to see alternatives to the methods that are available and how they turn out
  9. Hi, I have added a few more of the deck fittings , cannon , baling pumps etc . Starting to look the picture now

  12. Hi . Put together some of the deck fittings
  13. One of the methods that I have used , is not to depress the whole pin into the wood . Leave it out about 2 mm . This means you can pull it out once the glue is set. Works with both glue sets

  15. Thanks , sometimes the smaller items take a little longer
  16. Here I have done some of the main deck fittings. Out together the capstan and fitted the chains. Put together the housing cover
  17. I have also done a few of the small items on the rear deck
