    It cost $535 plus $70 shipping from Florida to North Carolina at a weight of 35 pounds. I bought some accessories which added to the price.

    Byrnes is back in production. I just received a brand new new production saw on Jan 25, 2025, ten days after placing the order. The website is not working, the email is sporadic, but a phone call puts you in touch with a very nice lady who will take your order and process it quickly. Apparently they have found someone to produce the tools and are making them rather quickly. mine is very nice and is of great quality-just like the "old" ones. Note the date on the packing slip.

    First off I am a Mac user. What I am looking for is a way to capture a picture (profile) of the model I am going to make/paint, and then apply different colors to the image on the computer so I could envision how my finished model would look with different paint schemes. Any ideas of a way to do this.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955.
