  12. Do not worry Thanasis, I certainly amuse the forum members with his writings because I'm not good with English ... In the photo are bollards for tying and towing Trabakul. Trabakul is not bind on the rail if it was full of cargo and difficult because it broke. That is why bind for bollards. Towed is a small boat in the harbor if there was no wind, because each Trabakul had a boat. Thanks for an interest for this boat and my model. All the best, Matija.

  15. Trabakul is one of my first works. I have a few pictures of building models and want to share them with you. Trabakul is the name for a traditional sailing ship on the east coast Adriatic sea with two masts. It is a cargo sailing ship. Trabakul are in use from the 18th to the early 20th century. and later when the sails are being replaced with the engine. Smaller trabakuls long as 14-20 meters capacity of 40-100 tons and larger 30 meters and capacity of 60-200 tons. These are old pictures of Trabakul from Croatian Adriatic islands and coastal cities:

  17. Rick, I'm glad that you like my Bluenose. Dories is made on a wooden mold and I glue wooden Planks. After that I glued frames inside. Here are some photos.
