There is a model of a ship in the museum's exposition, but its name is not in the photographs.

 

Maybe someone knows his name?   Maybe someone else has photos of this model?

That model is the 'Duke of Abercorn'.

Zooming in on the photograph and looking at the name on the bow and on the display card, it looks to me like "Duke of Abercorn",

although the only ship I could find with that name was a square rigger....

Duke of Abercorn was launched in 1919 as TSS Curraghmore, renamed in 1930, and scrapped in 1935. This model suits your skill set, Valeriy -- you should build one!

The swift hull of this ship resembles another turbine steamer in the St. Patrick series. Yes, I really like these ships and under some conditions I would gladly take on the construction of one of them.

Where these cross-Channel steamers ? Or, being in a Lancaster museum, they were crossing the Irish Sea ?

The models of these turbine steamers are very interesting, but there are practically no detailed photos on the Internet.
