That's a most reasonable list of criteria, IMO, Roger.    Sadly, most older kits still fail to meet many of those requirements.  But, there is hope as the newer ones seem to be rising to the challenge.

They are long out of business.  I apologize for not making that clear. My point is that you should look around and compare prices. You might be surprised with what you find.

I think this Marisstella Ontario is not a good kit.   Read the two logs on this forum and choose another kit if you not have built several others before.

Guess how I found out that the words ¨expert¨ on Billings kit really meant something.
