I received my second wood kit recently… I almost put it on the shelf to work on after I finish my Armed Longboat, but I decided to crack it open and get started. I figure if I get tired of one boat I can switch to the other one and do something completely different…

I started with the stand on my other build, so I figured I would continue that trend and put the stand together for this one…

I decided to dress the stand up a bit with some mystery wood from what was advertised as a Constructo Mayflower kit on Facebook marketplace but turned out to be a bunch of bits and pieces from at least two different kits, mostly wood and assorted fittings… (definitely not as advertised, but also definitely worth what they were asking for it).
