Been modelling for along time mostly scale plastic modelling in 1/32, 1/35 and 1.48, primarily aircraft and AFV's. Have been actively modelling since 2016 after the customary return to the hobby stage.Have only ever built one marine based model and that was the Italeri Elco PT 596 which I attempted to detail but not to the level of you guys. Since retiring last year I feel I needed a new genre to tackle and hence my first venture into wooden ship modelling. I am going to attempt to build Chris Watton's, HMS Sherborne cutter.
