  1. I love Maine shipbuilding history. I bought a Pinky kit to represent a Maine boat without any intention of any historical tie-ins. That model is in my massive pile of kits to build but your emphasis on it here may move it up in my que. Good luck to you sir.
  2. I doubt very much there are over 200 of the little buggers. I will let you know when I hit that point!
  3. Here are the 2 sets I got. I was on the fence for quite some time. In the end this model will be put in a case at a local CG facility as a display for the SOLAS treaty signed by the USCG in 1917. So my level if detail will not be as high as I would have liked. Still the deck chairs and benches were too much to pass up.
  4. This was a last minute choice in what will be 2 ships. This is the 1/400 Academy Titanic kit. I purchased laser cut wood decks, PE Deck Chairs, PE Hand Rails.

  6. Not the best model builder here, not the worst, but I welcome discussions with all of them!

  7. Greetings gang. I started this build with a video on YouTube. There are other build logs on this same cutter and I am happy to see them all. Here is part one of the build: Thanks for viewing. Music for the vid comes from the Colonial Seaport Museum. Sorry my video editing is not great!
