Thank you, friends, for your comments.
Daniel Caramango: some carvings are cutted from paper, then hardened by superglue, figures are made from modurit - it is the plastic modeling mass hardening by boiling or baking.
I made some parts of decoration - roman soldiers ( I hope it looks like soldiers, I´m not very good sculptor and figures are just 25 mm long ), pedestals, molding on the stern and two little carvings on the bow, catheads, gun carriages ( simple ones I glued inside the ship ) and gun barrels. Just gunports lids and the lamp are missing.

Omega1234 reacted to Dilbert55 in Wardell Bridge and boat by Tecko - 1:72 - diorama
Do you have an estimate of how many cycles (up/down) your model may experience per/day at the museum? My parents would have had to drag me away from something like this when I was a kid and now that I'm retired, my wife has that job.

I hope no one was injured in the accident. The red car looks in a particularly hazardous situation.

Finally finished painting the road. It was very restricted within the span.
Included road markings and reflectors.
Bottom photos shows the 1/72 scale cars I'll be installing at end of project.

Hi folks
Just another quick update for you. I've started to fit-out the Owner's cabin. In doing so, I've commenced work on the major wall-units which adorn the port and starboard sides of the aft bulkhead. I've provided a couple of photos of these units in my hand, just to give you a clearer idea of what they look like.
On the forward bulkhead of the Owner's cabin, I've added the wall panelling as well a blue painting with yellow stars on it. I've also mocked up the owner's king sized bed and some assorted furniture surrounding it.
Still lots of fun to go.
Thanks and have a great week!
Cheers

Hey Denis
The whole hull sure looks good, especially with the lovely details you're adding, eg capstan, cat heads, etc.
It's a pity about your woes with the Landlord and electricians...some things are sent to try us, aren't they? I hope it all works out well for you.
Cheers

Hi Folks
Thanks for all of your likes and comments. Much appreciated!
Another quick update. I've been working on the Entrance Lobby on the Main Deck. The Lobby is positioned directly forward of the Main Saloon and is where the guests would embark and disembark from the ship when dockside.
In true mega-yacht style, I've decided to go for the glitzy "wow" appearance. In doing so, the walls of the Lobby have been lined with gold and silver bands (the silver bands would actually be mirrors in the real ship). Unfortunately, my poor macro-photography skills means that it's really hard to see the actual effect, but, well, trust me it, it looks ok. I've also adorned the walls with some cabinetry and wall units for guests to rest their 'what-nots' on.
Having heaps of fun here...
I hope you enjoy the photos.
Cheers

Hi Folks!
Just a very quick update for you all. I've added a bit more detail to the Main Saloon; namely the side cabinets and two small single armchairs that are situated at the rear of the saloon. And...just to add a bit of life to the scene, I've deliberately placed the dining table chairs in a haphazard fashion, just to give the impression of the guests leaving the table in a hurry. Maybe it was something they ate???
Also,if you look closely enough, in one of the photos you'll notice that I've added the individual placemats on the saloon table.
They're admittedly hard to see because they're so tiny, but trust me, they're there!
Cheers
