Hello - My name is Dan Pacholski (just so you know the 'c' is silent). I'm in the Chicago area and have built two wooden models so far - the Lexington (Mamoli kit) and the Benjamin Latham. I'm interested in seeing the great work you all have done, and to grow in my knowledge and expertise through your advice. Looking forward to conversing with you!

Welcome to the model ship confectioner's store. Best models imaged at their best. I was born and raised in Chicago in a predominantly Polish/Lithuanian/German neighborhood. Getting substitute teachers to call roll was a hoot!

Welcome to this forum Dan. If you haven't already get in touch with Kurt Van Dam of the Nautical Research Guild you have some of the finest modelers in the country from that area.
