Hi Everyone

I am a new member to this hobby . Due to the stay at home restriction decided to build a model ship. Found HMS Flirt  . Unaware that this forum existed , I managed to complete the build , struggled a few times  , but in the end I think its passable . Now that I am "hooked" I have ordered HMS Beagle  .

Welcome, and good work on your model! Flirt's designer, Chris Watton, is an active member here.

Thanks, only found that out after I was almost finished . It was a really good model to start , learnt many things I didn't know before

Welcome to MSW, Pete! That's a beautiful model of the Flirt.

When you start on your Beagle, make sure to start a build log. It's a great way to get help, advice and encouragement - and we get to look at your progress photos. The instructions are here:

Good to have you on board, and have fun with it!

Steven
