The black-white-grey tunnel is a red herring I presume :)

Apart from the funnel colours: it could be an 1940-ies exxon tanker....

Hello Andy,

Just checking here too .... But oh boy, I've seen so many ships pass me by on the internet,

that I'm wondering why there are no traffic jams on the oceans animaatjes-lachen-80969.gif

But seriously now, maybe you could give us a small, tiny little hint?

Those we loved but lost are no longer where they were, but are always where we are.

No you did not, but one way or the other I have the feeling that som eof us use google pic search to help them out.

As soon as someone puts up a pic of their own, it takes a bit longer

She' s 1940-ies tanker, but I can't find her company...

Something in me keeps calling Canada, but as you introduced her with a grin, perhaps not.....

And the problem is: searching for canadian tanker, makes google think I'm looking for a Candian tank,

and starts showing many pics of our liberators.

St. george - I think you may have it.  Those blasted funnels were throwing me for a tizzy!

Let's see what that dastardly Andy has to say!

Sorry.. no correct guesses yet... and the photo is in Canadian waters.... yeah.. the St. Lawrence can get pretty hazy in the summer.

Jan.. if you look, closely, you'll notice the mystery ship does not have paired cranes... and the topping lift is hydraulic, not cabled.

Sorry Sarah, not her.

Jan, as long as I keep seeing guesses I know I haven't broken the game. I know I had to double chack a couple of times, just in case, they are very similar ships.
