Mine aren't picky They pretty much eat like horses so long as it is the same stuff and you don't embellish on the recipe for added flavor!

That's what my kids say about almost everything that adds flavor to food, grows from the ground, and is not normally fried!...... Ketchup is the only edible red vegetable in their eyes.

It appears to me that you have too much overlap which will really accentuate that overlap. They would normally have be lapped only an inch or so on the actual ships.
You may also have gotten you fingers on the adhesive side of the tape which reduces its adhesive properties. (If you get your fingers on the underlying copper tape, the oil from your skin leaves a coating that the overlapping layers can't get a proper grip on.) I usually wear thin nitrate gloves and use tweezers to place them.
Before you get too drastic and start over, you can try pulling back the loose flaps and applying small amount of contact cement with a tiny brush or toothpick to them and pressing them back down, being careful to wipe off any excess before it dries and then re-burnishing the entire hull. Putting on a coat of Dullcoat or similar product after you are done, as Joe suggested, would probably be a good idea also.

Be careful what you write Dirk, you may be blamed for picking on RGL. He's somewhat sensitive with his SMS - as he put it, although, I would just refer to an inferiority complex

I'll be calling the plexiglass place next week to find out what the cost will be for them to cut the pieces I need and the cement.
While I'm at it I'll also ask for the glass for the O19. I hope it's not going to break the bank.

Bell peppers? Good stuffed and roasted, excellent with eggs and put into a sandwich. And a staple in some Mexican dishes. Yummy.

I have to agree with CDW, capsicum is red peppers native to the Americas, see https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capsicum. It's related to nightshade which we consider to be a poison.

Here it is painted. Looks pretty decent. Will rig her up later. Busy week ahead.
- Plan to finish the bowsprit and masts and step them all together.
- Will fit out and finish the gun stocks, and paint the guns
- Prep the boom and fore/main gaffs
- Make the anchors
Then it’s all rigging. Getting close to the part I have been dreading!!!
