I had no idea she was that big! Looks amazing. I envy you having a whole room to spread out plans etc. I just have one little computer desk!! I remember I almost suffocated Rigging my Bounty by forgetting to breath. Keep up the good work

Very neat and tidy job. Interesting how the rat lines will but installed later. Are the brass handrails going to have a coat of paint? It looks real good and is coming along real fast.

I know what you mean. Time just seems to fly! What scale is this model?

Now that is a lot of small parts! You have your work cut out for you for sure. It looks great. I do admire your ratlines. Nice job.

I like the stern windows. Came up nice. I hope those head timbers fit without too much trouble. The whole thing looks great.

Hello dcaj2. If you need any billings gear for rigging eg cord, belaying pins, dead eyes blocks. Perth hobby store on Hutton street sells a selection of them.

Michael, you can cut the flags out using sharp scissors. Be careful to cut just INSIDE of the black outline. You dont want this black line on the flag. The flags you have in the picture have two black lines down one side. I run an extra line (rope) from the mast head to a belaying pin on the deck. I have the rope CA glued on the right hand black line and fold over the left hand side to encase the rope. Using CA glue this works well. Hope this helped. Good luck.

I do like the way you are going about the assembly. It will look great when all is together on the ship. Is that the Testors rang of paint you are using?

Nice work. And at 1:64 I'd imagine it would be just fiddley enough! The clinker plank affect come up real well.

A superb job so far. Nice and neat wood working. This ship was defiantly reinforced!! I like that idea of raising or lowering the Screw. Imaging the damage the ice would of done to her.

Wow. That is a lot of dust!! Do you know how long ago these were built?

Looking real nice. Looks real tricky around those prop shafts but it's coming along good. Great work.

I do like it a lot! I take it that the kit comes with gun port hinges?

Some use a hypodermic needle and simply push into the wood leaving little round impresions.

The black bands that go onto the top of the funnel? Are the all the correct height or some of them different?
