Good spotting. I was looking at the ship center of the painting and I notice two sterns. But it only looks like one ship? Or am I missing something?

Interesting Yard arm ends.... Personally I would do away with them altogether but if you want to keep them have a go at shaping some with wood as Ulises Victoria suggested.

Julie, You are the hero. Without your hands to hold those tools to sand,shape,cut and glue, Then those tools would be just.... Well tools:) Give yourself a pat on the back for a superb job. It looks great.

I do like the rubbing strakes, the dark wood against the lighter tone wood of your planks looks great. Good work.

Nice start. For caulking I use a HB pencil and rub it along the edges of the plank. I will precut about 20 or so deck planks then clamp them all together so I can hit 20 planks at a time. Hope this helps.
