    Is your hull shiny or dull? If dull, then a coat of flat clear will hide the shiny glue, but not the bump. Perhaps some careful sanding will help. I would worry about debonder, try it on a prepared piece of scrap first. Nic

    First of the deadeyes rigged.

    Painted the caprails, added the masts. Fore and main were in halves, so I stiffened them with brass rod. Still pretty bendy.

    you will notice that by splitting the false deck and having each side butt against the keel, you are assured of a straight hull. Nic
