As you can see the middle fat cannon in the below pic can only go in by it self and they do look good and big. 2 on the left can be turned in to a 3 pair. 2nd from the right is the 4 multi canon set up, as a single cannon it looks pretty tiny in the pic below. The first from right probably best used as solo as well. I think the 3 piece multi sets look less crowded in their gunports than the 4 piece multi sets, but you could still a combination of 3 and 4 if you like.
