Adrieke,

I do like some of your beers..... :)

It's just that after one or two in succession, they all taste the same (Hic! :P ) to me......

Are you familiar with Delerium Tremens?   The beer, not the condition...... :D :D :D :D

I believe it was from Belgium....I got it in a store in Ann Arbor...

Guess I got in on the beer talk after all........my favorites are generally wheat beers....

Cheers,

Jim

Jim,

That's an oldy. Doesn't taste bad but it shurly kicks! I prefer Duval, or more in Adrieke's line Kriek Lambic. Belgium beers are the best. Don't even think about the Dutch ...

What about a Peche Lambic, does your bar serve that? Or a Tripple ...

Looking really good Adrieke

Again  I do tend to compare to the Spirit

It is amazing how different instructions do put the build in different order

Or are you not really following the instructions  :piratetongueor4:

I love the herringbone decking and the wall planking

Very nicely done

Carl, Adrieke,

Way back in the early 'Windows' days I started a taste test of only imported beers to learn how to use a database program.  That's when I had the DT's. :D :D :D .

Also had a number of Lambics.....going to try and find my list.  I recall one....as I was pouring, a number of chunks of something came out of the bottle....didn't bother to taste it so it missed the list.... :o

Jim,

The chunks must have been a remnant of yeast or sediment. Quite a few Belgium beers continue fermentation in the bottle. The sediment I do not advise to consume. If you're not so lucky, you will get rather sick ... However, the beer is good, you just should take care not to poor the yeast into your glass. Duval, e.g. is one of those beers, and a strong one for that.

How such a minor detail can complete the look of the headposts. Nice job Adrieke.

thanks John. about them. I made them a bit larger as the small ones kept disintegrating when sanding and was also more dificult to get them all the  same size. this resulted in some tight fit at the bow where 2 headposts are close together

i worked for about an hour adding the trenails and drilling more holes.
