I commercial fished and capt. all my adlut life,I'm retired now recently got into modeling I absolutely love it but I also do boats out of rope wich I will share g Hopefully Mayne someone else is doing that also? I've not seen any models made from rope, so maybe I've missed something on my trips to the coast. Do feel free to open a log on your Essex and even the rope ships. Logs are a great way to connect with others.
