Nice work!

Doing good work in a situation where everything fits together orthogonally is relatively easy. Fitting things together where all the angles are different and curved surfaces are involved requires skill and a LOT of patience! Card templates help reduce the amount of waste of good materials.

Enjoy your holidays with the grandkids.

Phil

Excellent workmanship (as is usual) Keith, that panelling looks great.  You don't want to pop on over this side of the equator and do some 'life size panels' do you ;) :)

cheers

Pat

Keith, that cabin looks as though it would be very comfortable - until they turned the engine over!

John

Having crewed the 123 year old steam tug Waratah and having been below in the aft accommodation (nowhere near as grand as Cangardas) I can assure you that even in that old girl you could not hear the shaft spinning. I would imagine the only thing that might create a disturbance is the propeller when she goes astern or if it catches air, I imagine it would be very well balanced.

I hope we will be able to see these details, once the superstructures are in place.

Yves - Only through the skylights - which will be very limited. I am assuming that in future everyone will have a nanobot mounted miniature camera.

Steve - Good news, I will pass on your assurance to the guests.

Pat - I have always wanted to visit Australia but paneling is that enticing.

Thank you John, Phil, Druxey, Craig, Eberhard and Keith.

I thought I had better own up that today is our 50th wedding anniversary. Ann who is always looking for opportunities to keep me on my toes has just informed me that she has booked a 12 o'clock slot for me to visit our local recycling centre. She says she has something that she wants me to drop off (without being specific about what it is).🥴.

I hope that Ann is not planning on dropping you off!

I don't know, David. Keith continues sawing up the dinning room furniture, the house remodeling project is done, and now Ann has received her 50th Wedding Anniversary present, what's to make her want to keep him about underfoot? :)

In all seriousness, Keith. Congratulations on your's and Ann's 50th wedding anniversary. One of life's major milestones. :champagne-2:
