James we were both worried also but I was more worried about her teenage laziness since she lives with me. To be single at 77 and live with a teenager can be hazardous to your mental health!

Shrimp Boat; Lindbergh; 1/60 scale (as commission for my brother - a tribute to a friend of his)

North Carolina Shad Boat; half hull lift; scratch built.  Scale: (I forgot).  Done at a class at the NC Maritime Museum.

Dinghy; Midwest Models; 1/12 scale

Since being a new member 

since July that means alot Ryland because it makes me feel that I am truely accepted into this wonderful community. I have been building model ships for years and always alone without help or encouragement. Wish that I found this forum years ago. It made the build so much more enjoyable with followers and input. 
By the way Ryland after looking at your profile I have you beat by 8 months with time on this earth.

Thanks     From the log narrative, my granddaughters accompaniment to the actual build it was fun and enjoyable. 
Rick from one DDS to another it was a hell of alot better than working in a mouth. 

You are welcome to join my granddaughter and myself on our next journey to the far ends of the WORLD.
